Renowned for his work in film scoring, Jukka Rintamäki has established himself as a leading composer in the world of video games. He is notably one of the composers behind the iconic soundtracks for Battlefield 3 and Battlefield 4, created in collaboration with Johan Skugge, which marked an aesthetic turning point in the genre with their rhythmic power. His expertise in sound storytelling has also led him to work on Rage 2, CrossfireX, as well as numerous theater, contemporary dance, and audiovisual projects. His compositional style, always in service of visual storytelling, is distinguished by his ability to translate the tensions, contrasts, and narrative stakes of images into sound, making him a sought-after specialist for scoring complex and immersive worlds.

Trained in both Finland and Sweden, Jukka Rintamäki is a musician with a hybrid background, combining self-taught skills with university studies in musicology and philosophy. Alongside his studies, Jukka honed his artistic sensibility through collaborations with choreographers, directors, and international studios. Trained as a guitarist, keyboardist, and singer, he spent many years performing with experimental bands before turning to music composition for film, a field in which he now focuses the majority of his work.
